Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and offering appropriate solutions
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources
Maintain customer records and update account information regularly
Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Meet customer service KPIs, including response times and satisfaction ratings
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or support role (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
