Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in office administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and provide support to senior staff

  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling

  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and essential documentation

  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and professional correspondence

  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and purchase orders

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a senior administrative or office management role

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong time management abilities

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a professional attitude

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Familiarity with HR or finance processes is a plus
