We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in office administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations and provide support to senior staff
Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and essential documentation
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and professional correspondence
Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and purchase orders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in a senior administrative or office management role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong time management abilities
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with HR or finance processes is a plus
