Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office-related tasks. This is a remote position based in the Philippines and requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks

  • Schedule and manage meetings and calendars

  • Make and receive phone calls professionally

  • Prepare, edit, and manage documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Maintain records, files, and basic reports

  • Assist with general office coordination and support tasks

  • Follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience in meeting scheduling and calendar management

  • Comfortable handling phone calls and basic communication

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Stable internet connection

Contract Details

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Working Hours: As per agreed schedule

  • Rate: $6 per hour
