We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office-related tasks. This is a remote position based in the Philippines and requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office administrative tasks
Schedule and manage meetings and calendars
Make and receive phone calls professionally
Prepare, edit, and manage documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Maintain records, files, and basic reports
Assist with general office coordination and support tasks
Follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines
Requirements
Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in meeting scheduling and calendar management
Comfortable handling phone calls and basic communication
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Stable internet connection
Contract Details
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: As per agreed schedule
Rate: $6 per hour
