Job Description:

PHP ___ / month + performance bonus

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist to help our US clients correct reporting errors, improve their scores, and build healthy credit. You’ll analyze tri-bureau reports, draft disputes, track outcomes, and educate clients—while staying fully compliant with US and PH regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and analyze tri-bureau credit reports; identify inaccuracies and negative items.

  • Draft and send disputes to CRAs and furnishers (mail/E-Oscar/online); manage follow-ups and re-investigations.

  • Document all actions in our CRM/credit repair platform; maintain case timelines and SLAs.

  • Advise clients on utilization, payment strategy, and rebuilding steps; provide clear status updates.

  • Track KPIs: dispute success rate, turnaround time, client satisfaction, and retention.

  • Ensure compliance with FCRA, CROA, FACTA, CFPB guidance, and the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years in credit repair, disputes, collections, or consumer finance (US market preferred).

  • Working knowledge of Metro 2, E-Oscar, credit scoring (FICO/VantageScore), and CRA processes.

  • Strong English communication (written & verbal); confident client messaging and call handling.

  • High accuracy, organization, and follow-through; comfortable with deadlines and targets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Credit Repair Cloud, SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with CFPB/BBB complaint handling and goodwill/validation/verification strategies.

  • Excel/Google Sheets skills for trackers and simple dashboards.
